Ingredients
  

  • 3 pieces bacon
  • 1 cup minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cans French style green beans (reserve 3/4 cup drain the rest of juice

Instructions
 

  • fry bacon until crispy, remove bacon and cut into small pieces
  • add 1 cup minced onion to bacon drippings
  • stir in one Tablespoon flour, add and bring to boil 3/4 cups beans juice, 1/4 cup white vinegar, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper
  • stir in 2-3 cups green beans and let siimer on low
