Finding Greek Cookbooks While Traveling

Unlike many destinations where cookbooks are easy to find, tracking down authentic Greek cookbooks required persistence. It wasn’t as simple as walking into a souvenir shop and spotting a shelf full of books. But in the end, the effort was well worth it!

The first book I discovered, The Greek Cuisine Traditional Greek Cookery Edition by the Marmatakis Brothers, felt like a treasure among the limited options. Later, I stumbled upon a bookstore—unfortunately closed at the time—and snapped photos of two other intriguing titles:
