We had such a great time enjoying afternoon tea on the London Eye, it was such a fun and memorable experience. Afternoon Tea on the London Eye offers several different experiences, and we chose the traditional afternoon tea. We went around twice, and with only eight people in our capsule, it felt relaxed, intimate, and really special. It also saved us time because we had tickets in advance.
Avoid The Long Lines
When we got there we got to go the VIP lounge while we waited for our tea. I would definitely do this again. To book tickets for the London eye and see different experiences visit their website www.Londoneye.com
Great Photo Opportunities Afternoon Tea on the London Eye
Afternoon Tea London Eye
One of the highlights of the London Eye afternoon tea experience was the incredible photo opportunities both of London and the tea itself. The glass capsule offers unobstructed views in every direction, making it easy to capture iconic landmarks as you slowly float above the city. The beautifully presented tea service also made for lovely photos, from the tiered trays and delicate treats to the table settings framed by the London skyline. With two full rotations and a smaller group in the capsule, there was plenty of time to take photos without feeling rushed, whether focusing on the views, the tea, or both together.
About the London Eye
London Eye is one of London’s most iconic landmarks and a must do experience for first time and repeat visitors alike. Standing along the River Thames, the giant observation wheel offers panoramic views across the city, including sights like Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, and St. Paul’s Cathedral. Each glass capsule is spacious and enclosed, making the experience comfortable in any weather and easy to enjoy at a relaxed pace. A full rotation takes about 30 minutes, allowing plenty of time to take in the views and appreciate London from above.
