Vodka Chicken
Vodka Chicken with mushrooms.
Easy meal to make using jars of vodka sauce
Ingredients
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 10 oz sliced mushrooms
- 1 onion diced
- 4 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
- 2 24 oz jars of vodka sauce
- 2 1 lb boxes penne pasta or pasta of your choice
Instructions
- sauté diced onion and mushrooms in olive oil
- add diced or shredded cooked chicken and sauté until warm
- add vodka sauce to pan and heat until bubbly and cooked thru
- serve over cooked noodles
Notes
this is an easy meal to prepare. You can cook a chicken in the instapot and shred/dice it or you can use a rotisserie chicken from the store. This recipe uses jars of vodka sauce like Bertolli
