- Wilton Candy Melting Pot
- Parchment Paper – We like the Kirkland Signature Parchment Paper from Costco
Ingredients Needed
- 7.25 Ounces Whole Almonds
- 10 ounces Ghiradelli milk or dark chocolate melting wafers
- 32 oz Dried Apricots
Instructions for Dried Apricots Dipped in Chocolate
- Melt Chocolate wafers in Wilton Melting Pot
- Dip apricot in chocolate and top with almond
- Top with an Almond and set on parchment lined cookie sheet to cool
- After cool, arrange on serving tray for a beautiful presentation
